AT&T's UVerse Scores Big Ten Network

While the Cleveland areas biggest cable provider (Time Warner) waits on the sidelines their upstart competitor (AT&T's UVerse) has landed the Big Ten Network. The Big Ten Network will show many Ohio State Buckeye games this season including the upcoming football and basketball seasons.

Ohio State's first two games against in state opponents Youngstown State and Akron will be on the newly formed network.

Uverse and DirecTV are currently the best options for fans looking to catch the Buckeyes from the comfort of your home.

AT&T gloated a bit in press release today saying:

"The Big Ten Conference is followed by loyal alumni and football fans across the nation," said Dan York, head of content and programming, AT&T Entertainment Services. "We're proud to include this great new network in our most popular programming packages. It's part of our ongoing commitment to offer our customers the content they want."
