According to a report from the Washington Post, the first Republican presidential debate, which will be held on August 6, 2016, in Cleveland, will place limits on how many candidates may participate in the debate.

Although nothing has been officially announced as of yet, at the very least it looks like Mitt Romney is seriously considering running for president for a third time in 2016. Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has already slammed that idea, stating that a third run would be insane.
