Allstate Mortgage Mike McCandess

I brought a home from the so call allstate mortgage owned by Mike MCandess. I would help to say that they are crooks. My home was over appraised by his appraisers and it was sold as a three bedroom to qualify for a so call special program. It was only a two bedroom ranch. He said that his people that remodeled the homes were the best and he looked over them before they were sold. He lied and my home was never remodeled like the ones that they are doing now. He told me that I had to give them $3500 dollars to complete the remodeling of the basement, which had to be done any way to pass inspection. He was suppose to leave money in escrow to fix my steps and the side walk which was only patch. The inspectors from Maple heights pass the steps and sidewalk so the workers could be paid . The steps was never fix properly and neither was the side walk. The floor in the garage was suppose to be fixed and it is all cracked up. The basement was suppose to be water proof and every time it rains the basement floods. They paid off some of my bills and wrote them in the loan to qualify me for the loan. They refinance my other house and gave me $16,000 and gave a two year adjustable rate mortgage and told me that they had to push the loan through so it could hit the credit bureau at the same time so I could buy the house. I feel that I was a victim of pretatory lending scheme. I contacted him to complain about my house that I brought in Nov. 2005. He ask me what do you want me to do about it. He said you owe me money for paying off your car loan to qualify me for the loan. My house paint peeled off the next summer of 2006 and my house was never finished and to this day it still is in need of being finished. I don't want to get any one in trouble but I need for my house to be done like the new ones because he charged me 127,000 and the house he brought it for 76,000 and today it is only appraised for 98,000 by the county auditor. They need to be stopped because they only target the poor and desperate people that can't get a loan from the bank. They milk them and get their money and are gone knowing these houses will probably never be able to be refinanced because they are over price.
