Provide access to education: where do you go to borrow a dictionary for your kid's school report, where do you get books on whatever subject they're doing a report on? What about adult education outside of the school systems? What if you wanted to learn a new skill, or lay a tile floor, or plan your own lanscaping? Not to even mention employment assistance-to apply for any job now is all online; where will the people who cannot afford Internet service go?
