If Forest City has been so succesful in avoiding property taxes and extracting "corporate welfare" why is it now on the verge of tipping over into the abyss? Fact: Forest City has created magnificient developments, employed thousands and been very charitalbe, in return all they get is attack articles from modestly skilled journalists exploiting populist angles on de minimus research.
