Here's what the city of Cleveland, using federal funds, gave to Forest City in the last couple of decades, in addition to tax abatements.

- $10 milion for Tower City retail.

- $2.7 million for Tower City 111 (different level).

- $2.04 million for Tower City 111a.

- $9.2 million for Tower City-Post Office Building.

- $9 million for Halle's Office Building renovation.

These are all UDAGs, loans for many years at no or very low interest rates.

IN addition, RTA built the Waterfront Line, to and from Tower City at a cost of $69 million, all local funds and the walkway to Gateway for some $13 million, all bringing traffic to the business site.
