The Jon and Kate drama never ends! According to attorney Mark Heller, Jon Gosselin has returned the money to his joint bank account with his soon to be ex-wife Kate. This means he will likely avoid facing contempt proceedings when they return to court.

Heller made a point to say that Kate hasn't returned any money and added that "unless something happens today [with Kate], she will be going through contempt proceedings Monday."

Heller also said that Jon's original attorney was representing him again because he is not licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and that the attorney who had sponsored his application had withdrawn his support.

In the meantime, Jon is supposedly meeting with CBS about appearing on either "Survivor" or "The Amazing Race." He's still under contract with TLC, so unless they come to some sort of agreement, it's not likely he'd get to appear over at CBS.
