The problem with those "serial killings" is money is now going to go to hire cops to patrol around the casino. But not to hire cops anywhere close to where those killings were actually done. So I guess if a serial killer gets the urge to kill somebody coming out of a casino, he's going to have to take his killing business elsewhere.
