WE DONT CARE IF YOU VACATION IN THE US OR NOT.. Your I94 is issued for 1 year.But your actual waiver is for 5 years. At which that time you will have to apply for a new i-94 $6.00 usd. You say that no one deserves to be treated like a criminal when you come to the US to visit your family. Well what did Canada do when they caught you with an ounce?
