I'm sure Trent Lott has not done a great deal to protect our privacy over these last few years, whether those privacy rights involved reproductive rights, who you marry or who you sleep with, is one thing. But Telecommunications firms have been illegally handing the government all of our communications, and yet, Republicans scream about privacy when someone asks questions about GOP hypocrisy. Incredible.
