At first I thought the "cross" was a coincidence, but having done a good deal of film and TV shoots, I've learned that cameramen and lighting crews don't do anything by accident. If it was just coincidence, the lighting designer, cameraman, and director would have picked it up in rehearsal and re-lit the window.
