Even Huckabee's Iowa director's defense is wrong as it obviously is not a window frame! Of course it was planned. Ron Paul's comment was also fair - this ad by Huckabee went to far to pander to the Christian vote with this "in your face" non verbal messaging. It was inappropriate and inexcusable.
