Land, and its true owner is sovereign and can not be taxed or controlled. The reason the American people pay taxes is because we dont own land, we only get Deed etc...to property and real estate. Go back and look up the old original definition of real estate and you will find it means, proprty rented by a foreign entity. We rent from the international bankers, Crown of England and the International Monetary Fund. The IRS is the collecting agency for the Monetary Fund, Every tax in the U.S. is a federal tax owed to the international bankers.
