Maybe WB will do what Grouch II Film Partnership did with The Matrix's last 2 installments. I believe they were about 3 months apart. This makes more sense for 2 reasons. 1. More revenue - viewers will have to pay 2 separate times as opposed to once (with the intermission). 2. Only hard core fans will sit through 5+ hours of this movie. I'm a huge fan so heck, I'd stay for 8 hours. But for the average person, they would just choose to watch another movie and be guaranteed to leave the theatre in about 3 hours. I don't think WB is willing to take that chance.
