had on Monday?(Cimperman buys Catholic school raffle ticket from daughter of his pal the Council President,he wins the grand prize, $25,000 ,he tells school to keep it-put it into scholarship fund, and Sweeneys tell school to also keep the seller's prize- 1 year's free tuition($8,000).Now why do I suspect this was a setup for p.r. purposes for Cimperman?

It could have had all the makings of a political scandal: A small cash transaction, followed by a $25,000 windfall for a City Council member struggling to unseat a longtime U.S. congressman.
Then Joe Cimperman had to go and turn it into a fairy tale.
The councilman, who is running against U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich in the Democratic primary for Ohio's 10th District, bought some raffle tickets being peddled by Bride Sweeney, daughter of Council President Martin J. Sweeney.
The Jaguar Jackpot raffle is an annual fund-raiser at St. Joseph Academy, a girls Catholic school in West Park where Bride is a sophomore(>and on and on>)
