Ms. Ono,

As the representative of JDMs Music, I am writing you to inform you of a major pending problem and apologize for its existance.

During the month of December 2008 (Dec. 25, 08) we culminated years of arduous work in connection  with the release of our new song album: Tour The Song - "Tears Drop (Live)" (www.drene-millet.com).  This song is authored by the performing artist: Drene Millet.  During the replication (the ability to copy ones music, showing names of owner/authors with inserted  data codes from the manufacturer to inhibit the unlawful copying of the author's product) process with a "Large Professional Replication Corporation", that company, either accidentally or with intent, encrypted into all of our copies, (incidentally, which have been forwarded to world-wide distributers) the wrong author's names.  Which brings me to your involvement.  This derelict action was:  The Replicating Manufacturer, encrypted the names of:  McCartney / Lennon as the authors of : Tour The Song - "Tears Drop (Live)".

As soon as I heard of this (Dec. 25, 2008), we took steps to stop all of our years of hard work in this marketing event.   

On behalf of our small business, we apologize to both you Mr. McCartney, Yoko Ono for the Lennon family, for this tobago, which we had no knowledge of.  I just don't want to suffer your legal wraths and be destroyed before we even have the chance to get our music started  over something that is no fault of ours.

I just wanted to advise you of this situation because, if they are doing this to me, (encrypting your name to sell certain music) imagine how many others that may have been affected.  Simply because different artist are claiming that you authored their songs.

We will be very cooperative with your legal staff to resolve this event, without courts, whereas we are financially depleted, due to our marketing of our product.
