her religion and decision to serve God should be her choice. not his. not now. not ever period. her life great in spite of him, he should be happy with his plain looking self to have her. maybe you are ot famliar with the alabama part of her roots, (dad) which brought those people through slavery. he is not god (joel). she should just take her two kids and go if he pressures her. its not fair. like the old folksss used to say, if she is good enough to sleep with she is good enough to marry!
