i DEFINITELY think this is a good idea. HOWEVER, i would make the drinking age 19, not 18. Only one year, you say? Here's the difference. In May or June when the school year is over, high schools are littered with 18-year-olds who have just graduated. In high school, it was much harder to get alcohol than in college because in college, you just ask a senior to go buy for you. Let's not make it that easy for high school.
