The Big Ten will be represented in the Final Four by Michigan State as they defeated Big East champ Louisville64-52 today in the Midwest Regional in Indianapolis. The Spartans were led by Goran Sutton's huge game as he scored 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists. Tom Izzo's men want have to travel very far as the Final Four will be held in Detroit this year which is only a an hour and half drive from East Lansing.
