Looks as if the biggest problem is failure to enforce security and protect the Movie Product. The company is firing someone for looking at and commenting on what is already online.

The real focus should be those who are responsible for keeping the unreleased movie safe from theft. Clearly the managers and supervisors should be fired instead.
