Arizona State ranks first in Partying, last in academics (or close to)...they can't give Obama an honorary degree, for what? Because he hasn't accomplished enough? Like being the first black president isn't enough already -- you give degrees to students who graduate in 6 years with major in recreation management for christ sake.
