This "threat" would have more impact with longterm Constitutional Independents and American revolutionaries had the Texas leadership rebelled under the BUSH ADMINISTRATION! (or 30 years ago, against both parties,as I did)

as it is, the Republicans are just sorry losers and Texas doesn't have the balls to secede.
