Eminem's Walkout at MTV Movie Awards Was Staged

After gay Austrian fashion designer Bruno landed facedown on his lap last night, Eminem walked out of the MTV Movie Awards. Eminem wasn't the slightest bit impressed when with his rear end in his face, Bruno said "Eminem, nice to meet you."

After Eminem bodyguards struggled to get Bruno, played by Sacha Baron Cohen, off of him, the rapper quickly fled the scene.

Was Eminem truly offended by the landing, or was this all just a big ruse staged by MTV? Sources reveal that it was in fact a staged event. Afterall, the camera also just happened to be positioned in the aisle well enough to catch a glimpse of Eminem storming out.

Even more suggestive of the fakery is producer Mark Burnett's comments about the awards show prior to it's start. He told Hollyscoop.com:

"Eminem — It's epic tonight! It's epic!"

Eminem's performance wasn't that amazing, so Burnett must have been talking about something else.

MTV has a history of pulling off situations like these, but they'll never admit they were staged. So we can't be too surprised. But what is slightly confusing is why Eminem would play along with the whole thing, especially when he's been accused in the past of being homophobic. Perhaps he just didn't think the entire thing through.
