McDonald's Happy Meals Turn the Big 3-Zero

McDonald's "happy meals" are all grown up. The fun meals have turned thirty and the Ronald McDonald and CO are planning celebrations. The company is paying tribute to the famous boxed meal unveiling a new website (www.mcdonalds.com/happymeal30th) highlighting the changes they have gone through.
"I remember going to McDonald's as a child and the pleasure of opening the Happy Meal box to see what kind of fun was inside," said Rebecca Anderson, McDonald's U.S. Marketing Manager. "Now as a parent, I'm able to share this same memorable experience with my own children. We invite families to embrace the fun in a new way."
Right now, your children can enjoy "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs(TM)" themed meals from the Golden Arches. Now through July 16 your family can collect the toy collection rom the movie that features eight characters. McDonald's customers will receive one of eight toys with the purchase of a Happy Meal at participating McDonald's restaurants, while supplies last.
