Backstreet Boys Announce New Album Will Hit Streets on October 6th

The Backstreet Boys will be releasing a new album This Is Us on October 6th. The group that has sold nearly 80 million records worldwide have also said they will tour the second half of 2009 and all of 2010 with North American dates set to be announced shortly.

"We're really excited to release this new album and know that our fans are excited too. We worked with a group of amazing artists and producers that we've never worked with before, exploring new sounds and territory and know the final product turned out incredible," said Nick Carter in a press release.

The new release will feature 11 new tracks. This will be the bands 7th studio album and first since 2007's Unbreakable.
