If you are from Cleveland you know the name Ghoulardi is synonymous with classic Cleveland television. The popular late night host has garnered such a following that their is an annual festival held in his honor each year. The Ghoulardifest is back for the 5th year and will also host fellow WJW legends Big Chuck and Lil' John this year.
