After years of lawsuit upon lawsuit the pair look like they have put their differences aside and have worked out an agreement to bring the Beatles to iTunes.

Some of the fab four’s catalogue will be able to be loaded in your iPod on Valentines Day this year. This will proceed the releases of the digitally remastered CD’s that are being worked on which will start rolling out in March and commence in July. So, maybe Apple and the Beatles will truly please, please us after all.
