R&B Legend Will Play Cleveland on December 6th

Chicago based R&B artist R. Kelly has announced a new album will be released on October 13th. The album will be called Untilted and will be promoted by the "Ladies Make Some Noise!" tour. The 42 year old, who has been in the news for his scandals as much of his music in recent years, says in a press release:

"I wanted to go back to the streets and connect directly to my fans. The love I have received is amazing and this is for them."
