Braylon Edwards Traded to NY Jets Following Fight

Braylon Edwards has been shipped to the New York Jets following reports that the troubled wide reciever got into a fight at a nightclub on early Monday morning. ESPN first reported the trade this morning. No word out yet what the Browns will receive for the former star out of Michigan University.
Edwards has shown flashes of becoming a standout NFL receiver making the Pro Bowl in 2007 but the last two seasons have been nightmares both on and off the field. The 2008 season saw the former 3rd pick in the draft overall drop 20 passes and make headlines for speeding ticket in which he was clocked at 120 MPH. This season has been more of the same with dropped passes and a bad attitude and on Monday punched his ticket out of town with a fight with one of LeBron James' friends which made national headlines.
