Bandmates Believe Steven Tyler Has Relapsed; Is Abusing Drugs Again
At the same time that Steven Tyler has decided to take a break from the band Aerosmith, his bandmates are expressing concerns over the aging rocker's well-being. Specifically, they believe that he may again be abusing illegal drugs.
Drummer Joey Kramer said:
"I think that he needs help and that attention needs to be put to his health."
And by that Kramer isn't referring to the broken shoulder that Tyler suffered in August when he fell off a stage during a concert.
Tyler has battled an addiction to drugs in the past. Just last year in May 2008, Tyler checked himself into rehab. At the time, his turbulent relationship with his girlfriend was said to be part of the reason. She was quite the party girl and their relationship was on-again-off-again for more than two years. Others, however, suggested at the time that his relapse might also be connected to Tyler's various health issues in recent years, leading to a dependence on pain killers.
Back in May 2008, one of his friends commented:
"He's had throat surgeries, a long bout with hep(atitis) C and two foot surgeries. He's been in a lot of pain. And she's a party girl. Not a good combination."

Tyler is a loud mouth, super arrogant, egomaniac screwball, who's been sadly washed up for years. Just an over rated casualty of the 70's - forever beating his chest about how sober he was/is, and if the truth be told, probably as fake in his sober credentials, as in his big bad phony-baloney rock-legend status. A crap singer-writer, so-so performer and Jagger wanna be. A big joke, and embarrassment to the industry, he's been a low talent, too-old nincompoop for most of the last two decades.
Retire and vanish already! You were NEVER that good in the first place. Joe Perry is okay, but these two conceded Boston-Blow-Hard, goof-ball, creepy, second-rate dummies, should never be mentioned even in the same stadium as a Plant and Page, or Jagger and Richards.......Go wrap another stupid scarf around somethin', and fall off the stage for good! What a Joke!

How could such a star become such a rotten junk? what could possibly find interesting about drugs? First of all, he should go to an alcohol rehab California has opened in every city. then he should try in the same state, the drug rehabilitation. I hope he'll be saved!
I think it's really nasty that Steve's band mates are revealing such information about his life. I don't think he would say something like this about any of them. But you know...these days any information about legends is payed so nobody will keep your secrets. Instead of helping him to settle in a drug rehab Seattle Washington or other big cities have opened for people like him, they gossip him, behind his back.
Hey Scott...why dont you go sing on a stage. Since your so judgemental, we'd have to assume that you are better than. Or is it that your a low~life wanna be who has no balls and can only bash others for doing something you cant/ or wont?! Since your so much better than, why dont you submit your music to all of us here and let us judge you. Other than being a little prick in life, I wonder if you have ever accomplished anything note~worthy.
And the fact that you refer to somebody elses recovery and then bash it shows what kind of person you really are. Worthless! Why dont you try taking your own inventory next time and leave your opinion where it belongs...in your garbage can of a head.
Having said this, I have two thoughts for Scott to try;
Being a member of a famous band that last decades AND being sober. Till then...STFU!
