One of the Largest Crib Recalls in the US to be Announced Tuesday

On Tuesday, the Consumer Product Safety Commission will announce one of the largest crib recalls in history. This recall will affect cribs with drop-down sides.

The CPSC fears that cribs with drop-down sides are unsafe and could even be deadly. In the past two years, nearly 5 million cribs have been recalled.

A personal familiar with the regulators plans revealed that tomorrow the large recall will be announced. They did not, however, disclose the number of cribs to be recalled or the makers, and asked not to be identified before the announcement.

CBS News first reported the plan, which they revealed would be one of the agency's largest crib recalls.
