Seventh Annual Nativity Exhibit Features 500 Nativity Scenes

The Seventh Annual Nativity Exhibit opens November 27, 2009 through December 30, 2009, at Historic Kirtland Village, 7800 Kirtland Chardon Road.

The popular event features over 500 nativity sets from around the world will be a one of the largest Nativity creches in the area. The display is carved by renowned Cleveland sculpture artist Norbert Coehen, who trained in Germany. Coehen, who has a shop in Beachwood, worked for years on the project commissioned by Saint Williams Catholic Church in Cleveland. This Nativity set will be on display until December 20, 2009, and returned to Saint Williams.

Historic Kirtland's Nativity Display also features hundreds of outside Christmas lights and Christmas music in the Village.

The event draws thousands of visitors from Ohio. Admission is free. Hours are 9:00am - 7:30pm Monday through Saturday, and 11:30am-7:30pm, Sundays, closed on Christmas Day.
