Amazon Eve is Not Your Typical Model
A super tall model who goes by the name of Amazon Eve as well as Babezilla, recently was featured in the Australian magazine Zoo Weekly for her first semi-clad shoot for a men's magazine. Eve, however, is not a true Aussie. She's actually from the United States, so it may not be long until she's gracing the men's magazines stateside.
Eve's MySpace page indicates that she is 205 to 210 pounds and has an athletic build. She is 6-foot-8-inches tall, rivaling the height of professional basketball players. She is from the Redondo Beach, California area and lists her occupation as "playmate". On another site she says that she is a personal trainer.
Other than her enormous height, another feature that makes Eve stand out is her fiery red hair. She lists interests as: fantasy wrestling, overpowering, role play, domination, scissors sessions, feats of strength, foot fetish, and tug of war.
Speaking with Zoo Weekly, Eve said:
"I am more than willing to overpower men and wrestle or box them if requested. I want my session to be fun yet challenging with the guys, and a memorable session that doesn't cause injury."

She is a girl
i've dated many women who have been 6'2" or taller. By my observations over the years of other women her height or closer, she is a full fledged woman.
Broad shoulders is very characteristic of tall women. It can start as short as 5'9".
Broad shin line and cheeks. As the body increased in size so did the skull and jaw. Unfortunately most girls are not lucky with having soft features and having height. After 6'4", one can really see these feature greatly exaggerated.
One thing is certain: All women no matter of size (unless they suffer from clinical giganticism) have small joints. Most notably at the knees, wrists and elbows.
Also if her weight is true, a equivalent man in his 30's would weight a minimum of 240lbs (sheer bone and muscle density alone)
Her feet are also most likely a size 13 in womens. A man would have a size 15 men.
Very few men reach their 30's without suffering from some sort of hair loss. She does not exhibit that in the photos. But this is just my assumption (I doubt a full head wig would have been used)

I was browsing another forum where "Amazon Eve" came up as a topic. I found your comment (thank you) and instructed that user (who vehemently believes "Eve" is a woman) to google "Erika Ervin". And he states all he gets is innuendo and unproven statements. I don't know what he's googling, but one of the first items on the google page is Erika's own article fully admitting she's a transgendered woman. *sigh* Oh well...people will believe what they want to, I guess.

She has every right to claim that. She's a woman. If you aren't going to accept that she's the tallest model, then no, you do not respect her, and do not see her as a woman.
You saying this, is like saying if a model was born with a large pituitary gland, she doesn't deserve to claim being the World's Tallest Model, simply because of her medical condition.
Many studies have already shown that transsexuals have female brain patterns. If there was no evidence of this, we would *have no* "sex change surgery", it would be illegal.
