Shaquille O'Neal Wants Divorce Proceedings Moved to Florida

Cleveland Cavaliers center Shaquille O'Neal is trying to get his estranged wife's divorce proceedings moved back to Florida from California. Shaunie moved to California just days before filing her divorce papers against O'Neal most likely because the Golden State has more generous laws for divorcees.
TMZ reports:
We've learned Shaq's lawyers filed legal docs, alleging Shaunie has no right to use the California divorce courts because they are residents of Florida.
Hopefully this distraction won't hurt Shaq "win a ring for the king".

C'mon, Shaq will win the battle of the courthouses but he's going to get crucified afterwards. He needs to settle quietly.
Break ups can leave us in a state of confusion and despair. We tend to look for a temporary fix to make ourselves feel better. Our state of mind can be so dramatic that we make choices with our heart instead of our heads. It is as if our heads can compromise but our hearts cannot. After a divorce it is extremely important to make time for us. This is a time to work on building our self-esteem.
