On Friday, the Florida Highway Patrol released documents that include detailed notes from the investigation into Tiger Woods' infamous early morning car crash the day after Thanksgiving 2009. These notes indicate that authorities refused to allow the golfer's wife, Elin Nordegren' to ride in the ambulance with him because they suspected that the crash was part of a domestic violence incident.
The notes also showed that authorities checked to see whether Tiger was under the influence of alcohol.
Woods' reps are none too pleased about the release of the documents, but were powerless to stop it.
The documents also reveal that authorities tried to obtain blood samples and surveillance video of the incident, but were denied access to both.
