Browns Sign Former Super Bowl QB Jake Delhomme

Brady Quinn's days as a Cleveland Brown appear numbered after the franchise agreed to terms with former Carolina Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme to a free agent deal. The 35 veteran visited the Browns on Thursday and left without a contract. Today, his agent said that they have agreed to a two year deal.

The addition of Delhomme most likely signals that the Browns will soon release or trade former first round draft pick Brady Quinn. The team currently has four quarterbacks on their roster, and by bringing in veterans Seneca Wallace and Delhomme it looks like the franchise is ready to go in a new direction at signal caller.
