Melanie Brown might want to start shopping for a new friend. Best buddy Christa Parker has spilled the beans on the real reason Mel and Eddie Murphy split, and reveals the juicy details of Mel's lesbian flings.

Christa says that Mel is desperate to get back together with Eddie, and that she would still taken him back today, despite his denying her baby and the way their relationship ended up.

Mel was introduced to Eddie Murphy at a mutual friend's LA party, and within no time, the pair became inseperable. Christa says, however, that Mel confided in her that Eddie was somewhat worried about their 15 year age difference, and was afraid that she might leave him. And then Mel found out she was pregnant, and called up Christa to share the news. Eddie didn't yet know, but Christa said that when Mel told him, he was "over the moon."

But the couple's happy days quickly came to a screeching halt when Eddie refused to attend one of Mel's routine baby scans, and the couple ended up having a huge fight. The final straw was when Eddie attended a black-tie event without inviting her along. Mel packed up her things, and moved out.

Christa said that when Mel moved out, she believed that she would somehow get Eddie to come to his senses and realize he was wrong. She wanted him back, badly, and then resorted to voodoo to try to lure him back into her life.

Actress Elizabeth Rodriguez confirmed that she went along with Mel to the L'Ermitage Hotel in LA to act as a translater to a Spanish voodoo princess named Tabitha.

Mel's hopes were dashed when it became evident that Eddie wasn't coming back. He announced publicly that he had split from her, that he wasn't the father, and turned up at the Dreamgirls with a new girlfriend. Ouch.

Christa Parker says that Mel is devastated that Eddie has not been in contact with her since the recent birth of her daughter Angel.

"Mel was upset that Eddie didn't get in touch, She obviously still feels something. But she loves her daughter and is determined to make the best of things, with or without Eddie in her life."

Christa continued to run her mouth, and also shared details on Melanie Brown's lesbian encounters, including one with her. Christa says Mel seduced her one drunken night out, but hasn't talked with her about it since then.

She also confirmed that Mel had a two year relationship with a film executive named Christine, with whom Mel was photographed kissing in 2004. At the time of the photo, Mel said: "people can call me lesbian, bisexual or heterosexual, but I know who's in my bed and that's it - I have huge libido and a great sex life."
