Cleveland Browns May Be Interested in Terrelle Pryor
Former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor, who recently announced that he would not be returning to OSU, may be staying in the state after all. A report by the Plain Dealer suggests that the Cleveland Browns may be interested in him.
A source told the paper that the team is doing its homework on Pryor in anticipation of possibly taking him in the NFL supplemental draft.
Pryor has not yet officially entered the supplemental draft, but is likely to soon.
News of the Browns interest in Pryor comes on the heels of another related report by the St. Petersburg Times that he worked out with ESPN analyst and former NFL coach Jon Gruden. The paper also said that this training sesson was taped and will be turned into a one-hour session to air on the network. The program will air on June 30 and will be different from other quarterback specials with Gruden in that Rece Davis will host the show and there will be other segments on the various scandals at Ohio State.
