Dennis Quaid and his wife, Kimberly, on officially on the road to divorce. Quaid filed for divorce on Friday, six weeks after Kim got things started by filing for separation.
In documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Quaid is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 4-year-old twins, Thomas and Zoe. He is also offering to pay spousal support.
Kimberly first filed for divorce in March, however she pulled the papers about a month later. The couple could not officially file for divorce until now because they moved to California over the summer, and the state requires a 6-month residency before one can file for divorce.
