Spurs Take Game 1 of NBA Finals

The Cleveland Cavaliers are back in a familiar position. They are down 1-0 against the San Antonio Spurs after a 85-76 loss. The Spurs had the advantage all game and kept Lebron James without a field goal for the entire first half. Cavaliers fans shouldn't worry, they were down 2-0 against the Pistons and managed to pull out the series. The Cavaliers held with for most of the game but the tough Spurs defense and an offense that made a lot of clutch shots pulled away late in the third and early fourth quarter.

The Cavs looked to get a jolt of energy towards the end of the game but couldn't manage to get with 6 points despite opportunities. The Cavaliers looked like a team that was playing in their first NBA Finals while the Spurs looked like the NBA Championship Veteran team that they have been for a number of years now.
