Bobby Cutts Ex-Girlfriend Nikki Giavasis Says She Was Frightened by Him
An ex-girlfriend of alleged murderer Bobby Cutts Jr says the Canton Police officer had a darker side and knew he was capable of committing horrible acts of violence. Here is what she said on ABC's Good Morning America today.
"In a relationship with him I was frightened many times where he would exert control physically," said Nikki Giavasis. "There were instances when he pinned me down and held me against my will."
"It seems that trouble follows him or he feels that he can do certain things and get away with them," she said. "He seems to be a guy that doesn't think there are consequences for his actions. He will be very aggressive and intimidating and threatening and then not really be punished for anything he's done."
Giavasis, who has a 9 year old child with Cutts, said she was stalked and intimated in the time she spent with Cutts. She started dating Cutts in 1997 and the relationship only lasted for four months. She said he sent her to the emergency room at one time for abuse and she had to wear a neck brace because of injuries sustained at his hands. Giavasis persisted for nearly 10 years and when she heard the new about Jesse Davis she felt Cutts had something to do with it right away.

I think Nikki took it like a strong human being and I guess she's right he thinks there is no consequences for his own actions I think he's dead wrong after me watching the interview clip from Good Morning America like she (Giavasis)said he did have a darker side it is a good thing she survived from his wrath.But she figured right the bastard did indeed had something to do with the murder of Jessie Davis but all the sudden when he stood trial he had the nerve to get on the witness stand and lie about the murder claiming it was an accident tthe hell it wasn't as I told my grandmother you know he's lying to cover up his own guilt but wasn't gonna get away with it I mean the jury didn't buy what he was selling at all to began with I mean with cutts being found guilty of the murder he now has to deal with the consequences,as for Nikki it is a good thing she got away from the dirty scumbag that cutts is now ...a cold shelfish bastard with no remorse and heart a size of a mosquito hope he'll (like scott peterson)burns in hell!
