Veronica Belmont Leaving CNET for Mahalo

Veronica Belmont, an Associate Editor at CNET, is leaving her cushy job as host of Buzz Out Loud and Crave to take up a new position with Jason Calacanis' search start-up, Mahalo.

At Mahalo, Veronica will again be making videos, except this time she'll have more freedom on the topics she covers. She won't be limited to just tech, and can talk about pop culture or whatever strikes her fancy.

Belmont's last day at CNET will be July 20th.
