Nicole Kidman Miscarried Tom Cruise's Baby at Age 23

Nicole Kidman has revealed how early on in her marriage to her ex Tom Cruise she became pregnant and lost the baby due to miscarriage. Kidman has never spoken about the miscarriage until now in her interview with Vanity Fair, and said that it happened when she was 23.

However, Kidman was so desperate to have a baby that the couple decided to adopt less than two years later. She also admits how she's wanted a child of her own since she was 17.

Nicole Kidman is now 40 and married to country music star Keith Urban, and the desire to have a baby of her own is still there.

“I'm yearning to have one. I think I would be very sad if I wasn't able to have a baby. Keith knows I want one, and he has been getting there slowly,” said Kidman.

Nicole Kidman also revealed in the past that she discovered she was pregnant by Cruise after he filed for divorce in 2001, but that she also lost that child to an early miscarriage.
