Senator George Voinovich Finally Expresses Views On Bush's War Plan

Ohio Republican Senator George Voinovich was notably quiet when George Bush spoke to the nation about his plans for the Iraq war on Thrusday night. Voinovich finally has expressed his view and it could be described as luke warm at best. Speaking to Dayton News Chanell WDTN, Voinovich said that he saw the remarks by Bush as a step forward but wasn't the sweeping changes that are needed.

Voinovich is seen as a key vote on the issue in the Senate. He has expressed interest in finding an acceptable solution to both Republicans and Democrats and states he will be will be working on a comprehensive plan that he will announce in the near future.
