Indians Magic Number Down to 3 With Sweep of the Tigers

Get ready for playoff baseball, Cleveland. The Indians have defeated the Detroit Tigers today and their "magic number" is down to only 3.
Cleveland ace CC Sabathia won his 18th game of the year and Joe Borowski picked up his American League leading 42nd save. The Indians now have 90 victories and are vying for the best record in all of baseball which would assure them home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Casey Blake hit his 18th homrun against Nate Robertson in the 3rd and would score in the third on a Frankin Gutierrez double which tied the game at 2-2. Gutierrez would score in the 3 run fourth on a Jason Michaels double and come around to score on Asdrubal Caberea's single making the game a 4-2 game.
Things would get interesting in the 8th as Rafeal Betancourt managed to get out of a bases loaded jam. Borowski would come into slam the door and virtually clinch the division for the Indians.
