Anna Nicole Smith's former husband Howard K Stern is suing Rita Cosby for $60 Million dollars. He says that the claims of homosexual acts between himself and Larry Birkhead are false and wants to set the record straight. Birkhead has denied the claims and threatened a lawsuit, as well, well the allegations came last month.

The lawsuit says:

"intentionally published false and defamatory statements about Stern related to Ms. Smith's death in a calculated effort to increase sales and increase profits"

"Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death", the book that Cosby penned, has been a best seller for a number of weeks. Stern is also suing for damages for the claims of Cocaine use, and her allegations that he had something to do with deaths of Anna Nicole and her son Daniel. Cosby says that there is a tape of Birkhead and Stern floating around and she had better have some strong evidence with claims like the ones that she made in writing.
