Bermuda Blames Obesity Problems on Coco Pops
The Caribbean island of Bermuda is now the fourth fattest country in the world, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Bermuda officials are blaming their rise up the charts on Coco Pops.
"Many people have a massive bowl of Coco Pops for breakfast every day. The reason they buy that might be because it's two for the price of one. How can we move them away from that behaviour? We have to see the motives behind their behaviour - a lot of it is cultural," said Jennifer Attride-Stirling, Bermuda's health coordinator.
Does that mean if they stop doing two-for-one deals on Coco Pops, the islanders will stop buying it and will magically start shrinking? Probably not.
Stats show that 23% of the islanders are obese, and another 38% are overweight, and it's likely to be blamed on poor eating and exercise habits overall, not just Coco Pops.

The obesity Problem
This is an interesting article. It's clear that obesity is a problem, our health is declining, and we need to start re-creating our lives. This starts with a mental change.
One very important factor is to focus on being HEALTHY—physically, mentally, and spiritually. That means building a LIFESTYLE full of good habits, and thriving on life.
Who cares if you don’t look like a model on a magazine cover? If you can enjoy life, do the things that you want to do, and are physically healthy, then you’re fine.
And really, the solution is quite simple. Consume less calories and exercise more. Why do we have to overcomplicate fitness so much? Let’s start simplifying fitness. Start building good habits; start taking control of your life; start thriving!
