After Britney Spears' failed comeback on the MTV Video Music Awards, for which her appearance was criticized, the pop star has been on a quest to improve her looks. Last month it was reported that she had her lips plumped, and while house-hunting in Las Vegas over the weekend, it was rumored that she also took a little time out for a nip and tuck.

The 25-year-old singer reportedly had liposuction on her bottom and hips over the weekend. And this isn't the first time she's allegedly gotten a little fat taken off - last April it was speculated that she had liposuction in Vegas.

Meanwhile, reports have also just emerged that indicate that the mentally unstable star is now being treated by not one, but TWO Beverly Hills psychologists. Britney's mother, Lynne Spears, hired the professions to counsel her daughter amid fears that Britney is on the verge of a complete breakdown.

"They are trying to help Britney work through her issues, which seem to be growing by the day," said a friend of the star.
