Browns a Road Favorite Against Jets Sunday

The Cleveland Browns have been placed as a 3.5 point favorite against the New York Jets on Sunday. For the first time in a few weeks, the Browns will not play with the highest over/under in the NFL as oddsmakers have made the total point barometer 47.5.
The Jets, who are at home, are only 3-9 but have won 2 out of their last 3. The Browns are 7-5 and a win is essential to keep a playoff berth in its grasps.
Playing in their home confines, the Jets are 2-4 defeating the Miami Dolphins and a huge upset of the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Browns, playing on the road this season, are only 2-4 defeating Baltimore and St Louis.
The Jets are coming off 40-13 thrashing of the Dolphins last week in Miami. The Browns felt heartbreak last week falling to the Arizona Cardinals on the last play of the game.
With an improving defense and a solid offense the Browns have a winnable game on Sunday. They must avoid the costly mistakes of last Sunday and be able to prove that they can play with the pressure of playoffs which seems to have become a distraction to them in recent weeks.
