Dennis Kucinich's brother, Perry Kucinich, was found dead in his apartment this morning. Larry Kucinich, another brother of the Cleveland Congressman, went to check on his brother at his East 71st street apartment.

Dennis Kucinich's campaign for President has not made a statement at this time.

The youngest of the Kucinich clan made national headlines when he attempted to rob a bank in Cleveland while his brother was mayor of the city. A federal court later declared Perry not competent to stand trail.

The Cuyahoga County Coroner will determine the cause of death when the perform an autopsy. Perry Kucinich was only 52 years old at the time of his death.
